36' - two layout options - can be set up as either production or talent ...your choice. Same great plan and amenities as mobee 1 & 2 with an exterior restroom plus the addition of a permanent sofa. You have the option of going full production with a 13’ desk or keeping half the desk and adding two lounge chairs.
